It seems like just yesterday Ho’ Brah opened their doors and invited Brookynites and New Yorkers alike to a taste of the west coast with their surf taco inspired fare (and more importantly for us tipsy travelers) the cocktails! From tequila to bulldogs, margarita masterpieces and of course ketel these boys have struck surfer gold bringing endless summer to Bay Ridge. Fast forward to November 30, 2012 and I’m thrilled to wish Ho’ Brah a very happy 1st birthday. It’s amazing what a year can do and I can’t imagine my old neighborhood without was has quickly become a Bay Ridge staple. Head over to the gem of 3rd Avenue RIGHT NOW for a night filled with celebratory cocktails and some of the best people I know!

Ho’Brah Is Open For Business!

Coming Soon…Ho’ Brah!!

Just when you thought you couldn’t pack anymore culinary treats into Bay Ridge up pops Ho’ Brah, a surf inspired taco joint bringing a taste of the beach and Hawaiian style to Brooklyn. Developed by some of New York’s Bravest, Ho’ Brah (Hawaiian surfer slang for “hey, brother”) is set to open in mid-September. Bay Ridge is in need of a good Taco joint and some tropical flavor will be an interesting addition to this urban landscape. Stay tuned for a full report!
