Brunch Everyday at Morgan's in Midtown
Tell me you named your restaurant after your oldest daughter (Morgan), who beat out her siblings in an epic battle of rocks, paper, scissors (five times to be exact) and you’ve got my attention. Tell me you serve brunch every day and you have my heart! It’s no secret, I love brunch. What was once served in my mother’s dining room every Sunday (the best bagel, lox and whitefish...

This Saturday, Swine will open their doors in the heart of Coral Gables and introduce their innovative and mind...

A Tipsy Travel Through Time
Club vs. bar? The age old question that people ask to determine the type of person they are conversing with. If you say “club” you may be perceived as young (pretending to be young) even sceney or high maintenance answer “bar” and you’re chill, laid back, down to earth, “real”. What it all comes down to is that these two very broad categories no longer encompass the wide variety of establishments...

Asia de Cuba and Bianca Take On Christmas in Miami...
Two of Sobe’s household favorites are changing traditions and adding their individual (and tremendously chic) touches to this year’s Christmas menus. Local Miamians and visitors alike can take the stress and spatulas out of their holiday planning and let Asia de Cuba at Mondrian South Beach and/or Bianca at Delano South Beach handle the rest.

TERRIBLE Toscana Divino!
Summer is over (for you Northerners) and my latest restaurant review is out. Keep up for where and where NOT to eat when you come to Miami!
This will be a very short review as we did not even taste the water at Toscana Divino, located in Mary Brickell Village. I have tailored my New York impatience to accommodate the low service standards of Miami’s restaurants. In a city as fast paced...

Happy 25th Birthday Condé Nast Traveler
Condé Nast Traveler has long been the bible for all us travel addicts. The dedicated journalists and editors of this glossy magazine have been to the end of the world and back, constantly updating their travel guides and wetting our pallets with new and adventurous places to go. I never in a million years thought I’d be traveling to the beaches of Trinidad & Tobago, the deserts of Israel...

Set Sail on the S.S. Coachella!
As if Coachella wasn’t filling your Facebook newsfeeds enough, now they’ve taken to the wide open sea. Boats, hoes and house…sounds like a damn good time to me (even though this line-up could use a little sprucing)!!
Now the only question is Bahamas or Jamaica?!

A Slice of New York - Primo Pizza Miami
It’s hard to please New Yorkers when it comes to pizza. Even in New York there is the ongoing debate as to who has the best slice. In South Beach that debate is limited due to the lack of options and there’s the general consensus that there is, in fact, no good pizza outside of the five boroughs. Some may argue that Pizza Rustica is decent after a few cocktails at your favorite...

Thirsty Thursday
Ahhh my favorite day of the week (besides Friday, Saturday and Sunday)! This week’s feature bar is your favorite and mine…that’s right…the one and only Martell’s Tiki Bar in Point Pleasant, New Jersey! If you’re from the tri-state area you are probably familiar with their famous fresh-squeezed OJ drinks (available with vodka, rum or tequila…I prefer the...

Red, White & Booze
The 4th has stumped us this year. Falling smack in the middle of the week has led party goers all over the country scratching their heads. Do we celebrate the weekend before? The weekend after? Rage the day of and forget work is eminently approaching the next day? My answer dear followers is all of the above!! We are young and need not worry about the suffering that we will incur on Thursday. Here...

Dive in Movie at The Standard, Miami
No, it’s not a typo. I meant DIVE in movie. This weekend, I had my first experience at The Standard, Miami’s pool past sunset. My love for pool parties is no secret, but this weekend the party changed as we took the festivities from day to night. We traded the Chevy Malibu and roller skates for pool loungers, inflatable sharks and vodka…the heated towels were a nice touch too!

Road Trippin
It’s May!! The sun is shining, the clothes are shrinking and it’s time for you to get out of town! It’s not always easy to just jump on a plane and get to that dream destination, but why not trade in those tickets for keys and three (or more) of your closest friends?? Trust me the stories that come from road trips will never be forgotten! Road-tripping is practically an American...

Wakaya Perfection
jetsetterdotcom:
It’s five o’clock somewhere — in fact, in Fiji (where you’ll find Wakaya Club and Spa’s private beach, pictured here) it’s already Saturday. To ease us into the weekend, we’re dreaming of cocktails on the beach and tapped Wakaya Club’s owner, founder of Fiji Water David Gilmour, for his sunshine tipple of choice: “I love to order at vodka tonic with half a teaspoon of Wakaya...
